Cactus Rose Gifts strives to keep our stock levels up to date by only allowing purchases on items that are in stock. Occasionally, however, our best efforts are not good enough and it can be possible to add an item to your shopping cart that is not in stock. In these situations a customer service representative from our company will contact you, via email or telephone, to let you know of the error. We can at that time advise you of the impending arrival date of new product or offer an alternative if new product will not be available.

Ordering
You may order safely online. Simply click on the Shopping Cart button to add the product to our secure shopping basket. All credit card details are encrypted and sent to us from our secure server.
Once the order has been received you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This email will detail the exact order that we have received. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped. This email will contain a link to UPS.com and include your tracking number so that you may track your shipment.
If there are any problems with your order a member of our team will contact you by email or telephone.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped 1-2 business days after that.

Air Mail - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO
DHL Rush Delivery - continental United States only

All shipping rates for the various shipping methods are calculated for you in the shopping basket. Please use the charts on the Delivery page for your reference.
We reserve the right to change shipping rates at any time.

Returns
If you should receive any items that are damaged, you must contact us immediately upon receipt of the merchandise to inform us of the problem. You may reach us by phone at
(480) 274-9593 or by email. We cannot issue credit or refunds for damaged merchandise without prompt notice. If, for reasons other than damage, you are not satisfied with any item, you may return the merchandise within 15 days from time of receipt for a complete refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling), or you can exchange the product for another item. Merchandise cannot be returned without a return authorization number. Contact us at the above email address to request your return authorization number. Merchandise returned without a return authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return merchandise with the original packing slip for proper credit, and be sure to include any additional contact information. All returns should be insured and properly packaged. Return to:

Guarantee
Every product you purchase from Cactus Rose Gifts must be free of defects. If you should find that you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it within 15 days of receipt, following the return guidelines above. We will offer full credit towards the purchase of another item, or refund the price paid at the time of purchase (less shipping charges).

We ship all merchadise via UPS, unless another shipping method is requested or required. Due to factors beyond our control, delays in delivery may occur. We cannot assume responsibility or liability for any damages caused by late, early and/or untimely deliveries.

We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever earlier models are discontinued or when these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers.
